Cheese lovers you can step out now... something new has come along...I took a mix of crushed toasted cashews, diced brie cheese, diced smoked honey ham & diced dry figs...mix it all together to make a wonderful melting brie mix.
Chef Micheal made a wonderful Blackberry Balsamic Reduction with crushed blackberries and Balsamic Vinegar. It was then garnished with chiffonade parsley and fine shaved manchego cheese.
Cheesy delight spiked up with a sharp Balsamic syrup...tasty!
