Raw Crimini Mushroom Tartare


I just couldn't believe how good this came out. I diced up little crimini mushrooms, mixed in diced jalepeno, bell peppers, chopped fresh hazelnuts, chops dried fig, chipotle in adobo & garlic aioli. It had a wonderful sweet, spicy mix to it. Very delicious and those that don't like to eat mushroom raw, won't even notice!
