Mediterranean Mezza w/ Love


This was taken off the menu. But this was the Mezza Dish on Chef Arthur Artiles's menu. It consisted of course the three traditional dips...babaganoush, hummus and cumber yogurt sauce called tzatziki. And served with crisp pita bread and fresh lavash crackers. That we in the bakery make our selves. This is a pain, but I love the end result.
