Pan Chocolate

Did somebody say Brownie Sundae? Well, not exactly, but in the creative world of Chef Antonio Bachour this can come close. The fun part is painting the plates with rich dark chocolate. Then the base is a moist chewy chocolate cake, topped with Chocolate Cremoso (a rich velvety chocolate mousse) and Olive Oil ice cream...and topped with a crisped toasted french bread. Why bread? I used to have a friend whooooo loved eating bread and chocolate together...it's seems to be a craving in good ol'Europe. So I can see why he added these two to compliment each other.
