Ohhh man. Me and Chef Michael Gilligan had fun with this dessert. We made doughnut dough from scratch. Filled it with Vhalrhona chocolate...like always!!! And served it with the usually creme anglaise and raspberry coulis and served with a cool down...creamy banana shake.
