 Just a sneak peek out side...again...lol.  I love the outdoors where I work.  Great place to escape :)
 Yay! lol...I made this one...looks...almost..perfect!
 Of course Chef Antonio Bachour's baby.  Turron Panna Cotta with Pistachio Ice Cream.
 Chef's delicate donuts with rich dark chocolate sauce :)

This was a great pastry dish.  Napoleon made with caramelized phyllo pastry and banana mousse.  Dulce de leche that painted the plate with banana sorbet and sugar torched banana slices.
