Two of Chef Micheal Gilligan's new creations.. (top) is the sashimi style salmon drizzled with pipping hot sesame oil and served with Ponzu sauce and Jicama salad: asian pear, jicama, avocado and fresh chilies.  (bottom) Our new Caesar Salad: romaine wedges, parmesan crisp and balsamic glaze.
