Jerk Rubbed Salmon


Jerk Rubbed Salmon 

4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp canola oil
4 tsps Underground Spice Market's Jerk Rub

  • In a flat preperation dish or cutting board rub canola oil on fillets.
  • Sprinkle each fillet with 1 tsp with Jerk Rub
  • Heat Saute pan to medium-high heat
  • Sear on rub side down for 2 minutes.
  • Flip and continue to cook to desired temperature.
